I will not be scheduling a consultation or moving forward with this law firm, solely due to Judy. I'm not sure if she is a paralegal, lawyer, or secretary, etc. Her demeanor when talking to a potential client was unacceptable and needs training on how to properly conduct a phone call. I can see why this law firm has low ratings.
