They are a great team. Very responsive to questions. They move quickly and help to make the complicated process understandable.
Kevin and his team (Dave, Michelle and Greg) were FANTASTIC!! My fiancé and I were first time home buyers so we were pretty nervous about the whole process and the KO team did an amazing job holding our hands through each step. They explained everything and were so patient with us. They were all so prompt with responses whether it was a text, email or phone call, at least one of them immediately responded to us. I will certainly be using the KO team next time we buy a house!
