I have always gotten straight forward, professional, and friendly service and information from the entire staff. But this time, when I got my shot I had a bleeding issue. That was taken care quickly and professionally. But my pain level did not subside so I called today to find out what I can do for the pain and if I need to be seen. I called at 8am approximately, and I did receive a call back in lieu of sitting on queue. But I have still not received a call back from the nurse with answers. It is now 1:08pm
