Kayleigh was very prompt in getting the information I needed. Kevin's office is staffed with wonderful people who have always excelled in service.
I came into the office to pay my car insurance bill but also because I was having problems logging into my State Farm account to get my free Ting electronic device. Brittany got a customer service tech on the phone for me at her desk and even let me use her headset to talk to the rep. I really appreciated her time. She helped me set this up as I was having trouble logging in from my phone or email at home, also her sweet disposition during this assistance was a bonus!
