The technician was fantastic (CE). He was courteous, answered all our questions and explained what he did, what to look out for, and how to keep our system working efficiently.
Had a few services done at the same time. Duct work, filter cabinet upgrade and my yearly inspection/tuneup. Work completed was great, the lack of cleaning up is an issue. I stepped on one of many screws that were left on my floor, I found more than a dozen left laying all over and debris from the work completed. After further investigation I found debris in my furnace blower compartment and in the gas valve compartment.
