They got us a new replacement furnace for the best cost possible. They made sure our new furnace was installed correctly and followed up promptly with a minor issue that needed attention. We appreciated the kind and caring service we received.
We had new gas logs installed in our fireplace this past fall. We love them and use them morning and night. We were more then pleased with the service, installation and way they look! Thank you

Record every word you exchange with these people. They charged us for time he wasn't here, and for time he visited. He told me, verbatim, he won't charge me for time he spend going to get something he needed from the office. That's what he told us about why he had to leave, he told his boss differently. If you're rich and don't mind going broke, maybe this is your place. If not, beware.
