Dr. Martinez is An Amazing Dr, he never rushes he listens, and I am so pleased that he is my Doctor. His staff is also so polite. Dr. Martinez in my opinion gets 1000 stars from me
I was late to my appt right at the cusp of what is acceptable is when i reached the building. The nurse told my appt time was over canceled me i know my appt would have been more than 15 min. Where is the compassion. I was sick I really just needed some antibiotics for an ear infection I'd been having chest pains and congestion I've already done a strep and covid test at an urgent care the day before...yet they directed me back to the urgent care I don't want to wait hours on end hence why I made an appt.
