While I was checking in for my first dental visit at Thomas Family Dental Associates, the women were so incredibly rude and vile that I walked out a few minutes after having sat down to wait for the dentist. I had never met any of them before and they had no reason to treat me so shabbily as my manner was courteous and professional. They obviously have emotional and psychiatric baggage and issues. I would never return.
When I first met Dr. Thomas, I felt his calm, experienced demeanor shine through. He diagnosed the reason for the migraines that I'd had for years, made me a night guard, and arranged for extraction of some wisdom teeth. I honestly have not had a migraine since. Instead of being apprehensive, I look forward to any future visits to the office. Linda and Ellen at the front desk are friendly, and accommodating to scheduling.
