It's actually been a very long time since I've seen Dr. McGeehan, but my long lasting impression is that he is thorough and practical. In 2012 I had a seizure after being instructed to stop taking a benzo by a pcp in Warsaw, and full transparency - I went to a Dr in Rochester first because I heard that Dr. M would say no driving for 6 months, whereas the one in Rochester would only say 4 weeks. His explanation and asking if we had questions. Took his time with my husband.
He was short and impatient. His manner is unacceptable. Has a God complex and didn't take the time to discuss my issues.
