I have never posted a negative review but after feeling like I was taken advantage of I decided to post this. We had to take out our master bathroom cabinets because they were too high for me to use. I am in a wheelchair. When I called what seemed like the only plumber that had availability in the next two days (Kevin Lovely Plumbing) I was quoted $295 to hook the two sinks back up and install two new faucets (which we had already purchased). I run into our landscaper Mr. Mark and I told him my water heater stopped working. Mr. Mark told told me call the plumber Mr. Lovely. I called Mr. Lovely in the presence of Mr. Mark. I introduced my self and I gave my phone to Mr. Mark Mr. Mark told him that my water heater stopped working. We had some gaskets break and had to turn the water to our house off as water was flooding our floors. Kevin came so quickly and fixed our problem. We would use Kevin’s company again in a heartbeat !!!
