Kevin helped us sell our house and was absolutely AMAZING!! He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and most importantly -- HONEST (as first time home sellers and not experienced in the real estate market, honesty was VERY important to us). We had owned the house for over 16 years and not taken very good care of it -- it needed a new roof, new fence, new flooring, etc . . . . There was so much wrong we didn’t even know where to start!
