Went in for a broken toenail, found out my toe was fractured. Okay get it. But then the bill said I had surgery - I asked about that, and they said that is the way that we have to code the insurance, and I am not the first person to say that is not right. The manager even said, we are part of a corporation and that is the way it is. Where is patient care? And I never had my toenail addressed- I left a survey to call me back and did not even get a callback. The trust I have is broken

My friend sees him,he saved his life! He fixed all the wrong stuff other had done and on his care the skin graft healed and the friend has feet so beautiful it’s amazing! Friend is a type 2 diabetic spent thousands then saw him 2 times amazing doctor! Friend still goes he’s the best foot care doctor!!!
I'm a prediabetic RN with a painful healing area at the nail area of my toe. The DPM never introduced himself, examined my feet, asked any questions or explained what he was going to do. He said "Hi", sat down & started cutting my nails. It took no more than 5 minutes. As he was leaving he stated "Medicare will pay for cutting nails every 10 weeks. I'll see you then". To me his trustworthiness is zero!
The staff at Lincoln Foot care is beyond amazing! I have never felt so welcomed and a “family” environment like I did! The staff took their time as well as the doctor and explained everything I needed to know. Most people hate going to doctors and to be honest, my nervousness went out the door as soon as I walked in. Nothing but smiling faces!
Dr. Killian was not only personable, but also provided amazing care to me and my family.
Dr. Killian seem to be very knowledgeable but the staff is terrible. You can't call the Lincolnton office or be transferred to them. They do not return calls when you have questions and then when you complain they argue.
