Absolutely loved dealing with Marilyn Amato at 361 Realty last year (2025) when we were purchasing an Aruba Condo in Daytona Beach Shores FL. This was being done on a 1031 Exchange so it was little more tricky and perhaps less straightforward than a regular transaction.
