Office stated they would call me back before 3:30 pm the day I called 1 week ago. This is very unacceptable. I will stick with another place that made me an appointment when I called and was very helpful. This office said I had to have a referral when my insurance does not require this and I had my insurance refer me, my genetic counselor refer me and my primary Dr refer me. They were very rude. Obviously they have enough patients and little care to have me. I think I picked the right place, not here.
