Kevin & Joe did a lot of the work in getting trades to submit competitive bids to fix up the place and organizing contractors to fix code upgrades triggered by a property sale. That took a lot of the burden off me, especially since I did not live in the immediate area.
Kevin was instrumental in getting the best sales value for my rental property. He is very well connected, has a great pulse on the market and is very responsive ! I highly recommend him !
