Dr Eby was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the next steps. Overall, I left feeling reassured and well taken care of.
My total experience with Western Orthopedics from the first evaluation meeting to surgery and everything pos-surgery has been exceptional. I was apprehensive about doing the surgery because of experiences that other people have had. This office has gone beyond every expectation of mine. The professionalism from Dr. Hatzidakis and everyone I've came in contact with has made this experience easy. I just want to thank everyone that has been a part of my shoulder repair. I always go to Dr Ted Parks at Western Orthopedic for my knee issues. The care he provides always solves my issue. This time I had pain in my right knee when stepping up a step or extending my knee when seated. After the injection, there is no more pain.
Dr Parks and team came highly recommended and my experience confirms those recommendations. It was all one would hope for in a visit to the doctor. Great staff and top notch Dr. Start to finish A+
Dr. Sears, Jake Hopkins, and the entire staff at Western Orthopaedics were incredibly welcoming and professional. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and both Dr. Sears and Jake took the time to truly listen and show that they cared about my concerns. My only regret is not finding Dr. Sears sooner.
