PERFECT In Every Way
During my second appointment, Dr. Michael Eby shrugged his shoulders at me and said, "I don't know what's wrong with you, you should probably go find another doctor." He also ignored 15+ messages and physical notes from myself AND the Doctor of Physical Therapy that worked literally across the hall and it took him 3 months to give me my MRI results. Extremely dismissive and a complete waste of time.
dr. H was very good as was his Co-physician working under him. Super professional and explained the surgery that I needed quite well, but rather fast. I agreed to surgery. They handed me a card saying the surgery scheduler will call me. They never called. Months went by. I physically went in to ask about getting on the schedule because their phone system is very robotic and quite a nuisance. I showed up on time, and had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. Luckily, they gave me 30 minutes of paperwork to fill out so that helped pass the time. I must’ve written my name 20 times by the end of it. The actual doctor was nice, but did not solve my problem or offer advice for progressing. Instead, they suggested nothing was wrong and it was mostly in my head. “You just need to get confortable doing activities again.” I can’t get comfortable because something is still wrong, that’s why I’m here!
