Katie is so nice! It was refreshing to have such a good check in experience this morning. Over the last few weeks I have been shocked by the rude and callous customer service interactions I have had (Not at this office). It was refreshing to be greeted by a smiling face and someone willing to help! All of my experiences in this practice have been phenomenal.
