A wonderful practice. From making the appointment, to working with the front desk, to the kindness of the nurse who brought me back to the room, to the kind and smart doctor, to the x-ray technician, it was a very positive experience.
Dr. Eby and staff are so attentive and professional. I would highly recommend Western Orthopedics and Dr. Eby. Dr. Eby is professional, a perfectionist, caring and will inform you what is best. He doesn't waste your time and gets right to the point. He doesn't suggest surgery unless necessary. He has great bedside manners and very easy to relate with. Dr. Hatzidakis has been the best shoulder surgeon I have had hands down. He has fixed my shoulders on numerous occasions a d done a great job each time, I trust his expertise over anyone else. His PAs Haley and Rose do a great job at listening and making you feel heard and getting you in the right direction for advocating care that you need. I recommend Dr. Hatz and his team to anyone that needs a shoulder specialist
The staff, nurses, and doctors at this clinic all go above and beyond and truly care about yourself and your well being. Absolutely top notch all the way around!
My experience today was nothing less than exceptional. From the short wait times to the personable staff members, there is nothing I could improve upon for my visit. Having the medical assistant and radiology tech introducing themselves was something that seems so small but really makes an impact. I also very much appreciated the streamlined process for new patients.
