I contacted this office today, drawn by the positive reviews of the dentist, with hopes of becoming a new patient. However, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. She dismissed my inquiry about becoming a new patient rather abruptly and provided inaccurate information regarding insurance policies. To be clear, this review is solely about my interaction with the receptionist and not the dentist, who seems to have an excellent reputation. So happy I found this office. I’ve avoided the dentist for five years because of consistently bad experiences. It was so refreshing to have a dentist who solely focused on the health of my teeth and didn’t ask cosmetic questions, like do you want to fix this tooth chip or whiten your teeth, when I’m perfectly happy with my smile and just care about maintaining healthy teeth. Straight to the point and no suggestions of unnecessary treatments that I have experienced from my previous dentists. Everyone was great!

Typical dental office, seems to be lacking assistants in the mornings. No entertainment while I get my teeth cleaned so my full attention is on the cleaning process which can be brutal at times.

I've been going to Dr. Kafayi for at least 6 years now, and I'm completely happy. He and his staff (including Alla at his front desk) are competent, professional, and caring. I've never had any issues with his repair work, and since I started seeing him, I haven't had new issues develop that require repair. I had some previous dental work that wasn't as high-quality as Dr. Kafayi's, so I've needed some urgent repair work on fillings on a couple occasions.
