I have posted before but my post disappeared. This dentist did not believe me when I told him I was not numb or he just enjoyed torturing me. He gave me lasting PTSD by yelling at me and sticking a needle down into the hole he made in my tooth into the pulp while I was sweating and shaking from extreme pain. I have never been in such pain. He told me he would stop but I was so confused from the extreme pain that I let him finish. Terrible front office.
Dr. Waltrous is surgical with his ability to clean. The office isn't the most appealing place in terms of looks but the staff is solid and the good doctor gets the job done. In an industry where I felt I was constantly being sold on cavities I didn't have or procedures I didn't need, it felt good to have a dentist & staff that simply wanted the best for me and my teeth. -from a patient who judged the appearance but came back after realizing there are more crooked dentists out there than crooked teeth.
Great beside manner and painless. Will be back! Thank you
Poorly run and dirty office. I would stay away from here unless I was deaerate for treatment.
