My experience was disappointing. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected clear, professional, and respectful communication throughout the lending process. Instead, the communication became personal and unprofessional after we decided to move forward with another lender. I've closed 6 times with Kevin and every time its been a great experience. He's so helpful and easy to talk to about the process. He makes navigating the process very easy and I love working with him each time! 10/10 recommend working with Kevin on every transaction!
