Could not have asked for a better experience from Kevin Jones. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest with us throughout our home buying process. We could always count on Kevin to answer questions in a timely manner. Additionally, he informed us of various opportunities that we were not previously aware of, such as a 2/1 buydown. Always felt like a priority to Kevin and we appreciate him greatly!

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Kevin has been such a consistent part of my homeownership journey that I felt this one was well overdue. My experience was disappointing. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected clear, professional, and respectful communication throughout the lending process. Instead, the communication became personal and unprofessional after we decided to move forward with another lender.
