I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Wang, my whole experience with her and her staff was very pleasant. They were very friendly and caring in their manner of interaction with me, which was different to the interaction I had with another oral surgeon that removed the first set of wisdom teeth in san mateo. I would definitely go back there in future if the need arises.
I just had four wisdom teeth removed. I've known I've needed to get them out for years and even had a consultation with another oral surgeon but chickened out. Last week I got a tooth infection and that settled it. They got me in four days after I called and did the surgery two days after that. At first, I was anxious about getting my wisdom teeth out. I was worried about how much pain there would be and which anesthesia to use. Dr. Wang was comforting with a good sense of humor and convinced me that local anesthesia would be fine. The procedure was quick, all i felt was some pressure and bleeding only lasted a day. Also, i wasn't feeling groggy the rest of the day.
Dr. Wang is absolutely fantastic! I recently went to her to have my wisdom teeth extracted. The staff there are all extremely friendly and offer great advice. I was nervous about having all four wisdom teeth extracted at once, and a staff took the time to tell me her experience with wisdom teeth removal to calm me down. I came to Dr. Wang for wisdom teeth extraction surgery. Though initially fearful and apprehensive of the procedure, she and her staff made sure I understood the procedure, risks, and post-op care required for a successful recovery. I had my wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Wang. Very smooth operation - no issues at all - in fact, the whole procedure was actually quite entertaining (I was under local anesthesia). Dr. Wang is awesome!
Overall, I had a very good experience at Dr. Wang's when I needed my wisdom teeth removed. Most of the front office staff was quite friendly. The anesthetician/assistant (I wish I knew her name) was so funny and so sweet - she conversed with me while I waited for Dr. Wang and helped put me at ease. Dr. Wang is amazing! I have a huge fear of needles, and she was able to make getting my wisdom teeth out easy on me. Her first concern is the comfort of her patient. I've been telling all of my friends that still need to get their wisdom teeth out to go to her!
My daughter's wisdom teeth were extracted straight after a consultation appointment, and her surgery was completed in less than 30 minutes under local anesthesia.
