Paid for a ring to be resized and was promised it’d be ready in two weeks. Staff failed to notify me that the manager had my ring and wouldn’t be back until the following week. I continuously had to follow up with rude employees who couldn’t give me any answers or assurance that my ring would be ready by a certain day. Awful service and experience
