Worst experience, the diamonds fell off my ring more than seven different times in four months ...I feel like my husband got zirconias instead of diamonds with a price tag of $4,300. The Ontario Mills Kevin Jewelers messed up my order. I understand mistakes happen but at least keep your customer informed on whats going on. I had to keep calling to ask what is going on with my ring. It was hard to deal with the employees and manager. Everytime I would call to check on my order, no one knew what was going on with it. I spoke to the manager three times and the third time I spoke to him, he told me this is the first time he has heard of my issue. I regret doing business with this company.

Kevin jewelers sucks sucks – On Thursday 10-15-09 around 8pm, my boyfriend and I went to Kevin Jewelers at the Glendale Galleria to shop and we found a diamond bracelet we loved, the girl working there told us if we pay cash we can buy it for $2,000. after my boyfriend went to the ATM and got the $2,000 cash. she goes to her manager and they came back tries to jac-up the price after all that.... the manager tells us Its $2,500 cash. we wasn't haven't it.
