Looking to find a necklace for my wife, I checked several other jewelers in the mall but none had what I was looking for. I then walked over to Kevin and found a young lady standing and obviously waiting to assist a customer. I confirmed she was there to help me and Stephanie (her name as I found out) immediately asked how she could be of assistance.
