I would not recommend doing business with this establishment. They were entrusted with an Antique WWI wedding ring for repairs. This store "lost" it after returning from the repair company it was sent out to. Crescent Jewelers, (changing their business name to "Whitehall Jewelers" in the near future) corporate officers have not responded to 2 complaints and show no intention of attempting to rectify this horrible customer service nightmare. Not so much as an apology from the store manager!
