I would give Dr. Jennings and Ronda a five the young lady Lydia is very rude on the phone. I have called several times trying to get an appointment to see Dr. Jennings about having a partials that took us almost a year to get Lydia telephone ethics are terrible. I would not want to deal with her on any type of appointment. I love Dr. Jennings and want to continue to be his patient, but Lydia continues to deny me an appointment
The receptionist Lidia doesn’t need to work with patients. She’s extremely unfriendly and unprofessional and lacks customer service skills.
I had all 4 of my wisdom tooth pull over 10yrs ago recently got 1 tooth removed by him and got a root canal didn't feel anything he's very down to earth and have you laughing he's is great at what he does
