The receptionist Lidia doesn’t need to work with patients. She’s extremely unfriendly and unprofessional and lacks customer service skills.
I had all 4 of my wisdom tooth pull over 10yrs ago recently got 1 tooth removed by him and got a root canal didn't feel anything he's very down to earth and have you laughing he's is great at what he does
Dr. Jennings your staff is rude & manipulative the lady who answers the phone lies about Insurance authorizations & never responds to voicemail keeping your patients from booking appointments due to the lack of professional ethics & consideration. I been waiting to book my appointment after she lied & said I needed an authorization for a filling when the Insurance agency says. the office just needed to provide the service & submit claim. I had a scheduled appointment for today. I received electronic confirmation notification yesterday with my registration documents which I completed immediately. Today I received a 9 second voicemail with no message 1 hour and 45 minutes prior to my appointment. No answer when I attempted to call back. I arrived 10 minutes early to find the office closed. I was a previous patient. Always cancelled my appointments. I was done with the practice. I couldn't continue to take off work for them to cancel. Won't ever go back.
