Staff was prompt and courteous. Kevin answered all my questions and gave good advice. The MyChart customer portal is great. I got prompt lab results by phone call. A+++
Dr. Wilson is fantastic. He listens and really cares about people. I'm very fortunate to have him as a doctor.
Dr. Wilson is a great doctor in every way. He listens and provides any information needed. I can get in to see him quickly and he always responds to my questions on my health chart within 2 days. He is very caring and kind. His staff has always been helpful and considerate. I have never experienced this from any doctor in the 50 years I have been going to them!
Dr. Wilson is great and I like him. Had him for years for myself and my family.. His staff are beyond rude and frankly made me want to never come back.
The staff is rude, not responsive, and for a family practice leas than interested in assisting the families that are clients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wilson for a couple years. Generally Dr. Wilson is very nice and professional. However, his staff is very rude and unprofessional. So much so that I told them that I will never be coming back. His nurse called me on the phone and specifically lied to me. Upon visiting the office to find out what was going on, the receptionist tried to perpetuate the lie and began giving medical advice to validate. I spend too much money with them to be treated this way.
I like this guy he is a radical dude. He made me healed instantly.
My wife and I've been seeing Dr. Wilson since he began practicing in the Meridian area. He is thorough on his office visits and listens and responds very well to questions, concerns, and suggestions on how to manage your health care. Office has always been efficient, especially Pat his nurse/assistant. Communication is also very effective over the Saint Luke's portal. Have had very little problem making an appointment for urgent care and the office is fairly flexible with other appointments.
