Honestly, Dr. Poole has been my PCP for a sustained period of time (I believe over 10 years). In that time, some things happened in my life, that no other doctor would have been able to help me with. Dr. Poole quite literally helped me save my own life and always offered his kindness, medical opinions and he factored in my judgements about my care and he included me in the process.
