Had appointment for pain in my heel. Did not even have me remove my shoe or my sock. need an MRI come back again after.Why was I not told this before the appointment want be going back. $250 plus insurance to tell me get an MRI.

5 STAR. He is a VERY nice man. I read the one review re: no sock or shoe asked to be removed, but I have heard, now for weeks, the MA tell everyone who goes back to a room to remove sock and shoe. I go with my mother weekly.

Good man, Dr O'Brien gave me great direction, to point and he listened to all my concerns and seemed very compassionate. My experience was very good.
