Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Was this provider's office too cold? Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care mor... read more

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

They seemed to know what they were talking about , but I still wasn't very comfortable as the doctor was very rushed and didn't have a very nice "bedside manner" - especially for my 80-year old mother, who is nervous about surgery. They were 2 hours late for our first appointment. This place had a great staff though.
