Horrible staff. Not friendly, they don't apologize for waiting hours. How on earth does the office manager not read these reviews and fix this problem. How sad!
Dr. Boran gets 1 star because Zero isn’t an option. He has no respect for a persons time and completely lacks bedside manner. He made my daughter wait almost 6 hours past her check in time to be seen. During the wait, staff was saying that they couldn’t locate him for the first several hours. Eventually, she was made to lay strapped to the tilt table for at least an hour because staff kept saying “he’ll be here soon”. Had a long wait,however, once the doctor arrived, I felt as if I was his only patient.
Wait times are long but the longest I had was three hours, why? Well he was called into an emergency heart condition at a hospital. I hope that he does that for me if I ever need it. I like his bedside and I know how to work with him.
Every time I've come here for my wife's appointments, we've had to wait 2 hours or more! Their service is so bad, I don't even want to leave one star, but you have to to post!
