We are so thankful for everything Kevin did for us to facilitate the sale of our house. He was available to help us 24/7 and answered all of our questions. Our closing was speedy and stress free. I highly recommend Kevin and his team.
Kevin is a rock star agent! We had a very difficult home to sell with a super-restrictive HOA with required golf club membership and monthly dues of $800 plus. Kevin marketed the heck out of the property and got it sold! Awesome. We are truly grateful for his expertise, commitment and communication. Would rate above 5 stars if possible!

Kevin is not an honest businessperson. He took advantage of me and my family when we were in a vulnerable position. He made up a lie in order to deprive us of a refund to which we should have been entitled for a rental property. UPDATE: Thanks for your response, Kevin. Unfortunately, it is not true.
