Working with Kevin to sell our home was nothing short of amazing. He is quick to respond, does more than is expected of him, and is just a good dude all around! Not all agents are created equal, because Kevin is miles ahead of most! He also only uses the best people for pictures, inspections, loan officers, etc. We will use him every time we buy or sell a house.
Kevin initially took the time to take us on a tour of Vero Beach when we were looking at different cities. He stayed in touch with us over a multi-year period while our needs and interests evolved until we found a property suited to us. Post-sale he continued to be helpful with contractor contacts and local assistance as we prepare to move.
I first met Kevin Howard in 2020 when we were selling our house in Crystal Falls. I was very impressed with Kevin for his professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, ability, & he was funny and down to earth and he still is all of the above I mentioned. Kevin helped us to sell two houses. One of the buyer’s lenders were “dragging their feet” and Kevin remained diligent to keep us informed and to offer solutions to them. On the other home the renters destroyed the inside. Kevin gave us invaluable input as to what and how to fix things so that it would be marketable.
