Over a 10 year period, I have used Kevin as a buyer's agent to purchase six homes in Ahwatukee, and subsequently used him as seller's agent to sell all those homes. He and his team are outstanding in dealing with all the issues involved in process. Kevin always gets back to you promptly, and will find you contractors to do needed upgrades and repairs at reasonable prices.
