Giving a 1 because I call and call and call. Leave mesgs. Finally after MONTHS I get a call back. But its to say "call this guy" to get email address where to send FMLA paperwork. 5 months and still can't get through. No one calls back. I think a Bot might do a better job. Causing me to lose my time for FMLA. Not acceptable. I can't be the only one who is experiencing this. Good luck on getting your RA results too.

Dr. Hackshaw literally saved my life! Before I met him I had two other Rheumatologist who had me taking 3-6 medications. Mostly the traditional treatment for lupus & RA patients, which is what I have been diagnosed! When he realized that the traditional treatments weren’t working he switched me to an infusion treatment and I went from bedridden to working out in the gym! I am more physically healthier than I have been in a long time and I owe it to God & Dr. Hackshaw! I have my health back and my life!

**IF YOU HAVE HYPERMOBILE EDS DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR** I waited 8 months to see Dr. Hackshaw, to have the most underwhelming and quite frankly possibly one of the most wasted experiences in a doctors offices I’ve ever had. I waited almost an hour to be seen, which is nothing because I’ve waited 4 hours for other doctors, however, when he came in, the evaluation I was given was absolutely pathetic.
