I would not visit this doctor for any mental health concerns. He does not provide any input and barely feigns interest in your problems. Immediately I was told that certain medications I had been on, which were helpful if not necessary, would no longer be prescribed. I spent hour after hour talking about my problems with no response. I feel that WebMD is more interactive than a visit with him. The doctor and the office staff have the attitude that they are doing you a favor seeing you. Dr. Durocher has a Frasier like attitude. My son felt as if he looked down on him and his problems. As a consequence (punishment) for not taking his meds. exactly as directed, Dr. Durocher cut the anxiety meds by 1/3 for a month - he did not care to hear about the panic attacks that proceeded or followed.
