Kevin was amazing he showed up on time and was able to make the needed repairs to the clothes washer. It was not an easy fix due to very tight quarters in the laundry room. Kevin was great to work with and gave me straight answers and was very good at his trade. I would use Kevin next time I need help with an appliance repair.
Terrible service. They didn't fix our dryer because he couldn't tell what was wrong with it even though it stops working mid-cycle and then charged us $139 just to look at it.
We had a good experience. We called Tuesday night and he came during the agreed upon time the next day. He even gave us a 15-minute notice courtesy call. He was friendly to us as well as our curious cat. He promptly identified the issue (broken igniter), which my husband had suspected. The price seemed a bit steep, but I don’t have anything to compare it to. Ultimately we were happy to pay for quick, friendly service. And very happy to have a functioning oven again! Would hire again.
Showed up and in 15 minutes (or so) said we needed to defrost our refrigerator but was fine. Then charged my wife $145.00 for a service charge. Lesson learned. Please read all the google reviews before hiring. Also find it comical that in August the service charge (per google reviews )was $139.00.
Great service! Came quickly and fixed refrigerator...will definitely keep calling him when needed!!!!
