I called for a toilet ring repair and they responded quickly. I liked how everything was documented and explained. I asked about another issue I was having in another bathroom and was able to determine I needed a different style toilet. Years of frustration gone after one service call! And the were tolerant of me hovering over their shoulders!
Many thanks Jim, Jesse and Lucas for working through difficult installations. Two trips were necessary to get a kitchen sink and Jacuzzi tub faucet installed but they stayed with me until it was all finished. Great guy, fun to work with. The services weren't cheap but everyone has to get paid these days. If we have any more trouble or needs we will call again.
