What robbery. I asked for ball park pricing prior to having anyone come out to snake 30ft. The office can't provide pricing making the 99$ service charge unavoidable just to deny their service. Had them come out. Was quoted some outrageous price. As I denied they happily took the service fee and headed for the next customer they can take advantage of. Paid it and sent them down the road. What a horrible experience.
Amazing company!!! Impressive customer service and communication. Very honest and reliable. Installed drains in my yard to fix water in my basement and did a wonderful job. No more water in my basement and I am so thankful :) Job site was cleaned up nicely. Workers were very professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend!!!
Had a drain clog at our 3 year old house. Ron and Miles came out within 3 hours of calling them and scoped the pipe and got everything cleared out. They did a great job and helped us understand how to possibly prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you so much, they did a great job and are great representatives of your company!!!
We’ve used Kevin Ginnings Plumbing several times and they are consistently excellent. They reply promptly to requests and are excellent at communicating about arrival times and any delays. They are always up front about fees and make sure we understand both the scope of work and the total cost to complete a job. AND, their work is fantastic.
