Dale is so awesome to work with! He explains everything in terms that someone with no plumbing experience can understand. He is prompt and quick to fix the problems! This company is great to work with because many times they can get you in within a day or so, whereas others quoted at least a week! Highly recommend!
In past 2 years, these guys have done a water heater replacement, outdoor spigot, and toilet flange repair for me. Each team has been super friendly and appears to have knocked it out of the park.
Knob in shower was leaking water. My dad asked if they could replace the faucet stem. They claimed those parts aren’t available post Covid. Their solution was to literally tear up the wall and re do the plumbing. I overhead the conversation and immediately told the guys we’re done here. They either had no idea what they were doing or just wanted to take advantage of an old person.
