I was visiting from Kentucky and started having dental pain. Dr Brooks was recommended to me by an employee at the campgrounds where my husband and I were staying . I cannot say enough about the special treatment we received, from the receptionist, the tech and Dr Brooks. He put me at complete ease....I must admit I was anxious. Dr. Brooks is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and expert in dental procedures. He treats patients like family, and does not recommend services that are not necessary. He is up-to-date on treatments and procedures, and will discuss any questions a patient might have. His staff is extremely helpful, my hygienist is friendly, makes my cleaning painless, and does an excellent job. The front office is always ready to help with any questions or appointments needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Kevin Brooks and staff. I have been a patient of theirs since 2008 and have always been quite satisfied with my experiences at their office. Dr. Brooks repaired a badly broken molar for me just last spring - fitting me in between other patients with my little “emergency.” The whole procedure was done efficiently and painlessly in 2 short visits. Both myself and my husband have had cosmetic dentistry completed by Dr. Brooks and his team. They are all great! They take the time to listen and may I add- because of the atmosphere, great energy and contagious laughter makes it hard to remember youre in a "dental office". My husband still raves about the "wand" - a cool device that Dr. Brooks used on us and you dont even feel the needle! Thanks guys for a great smile! Years later and we are still getting compliments! Great dentist and friendly staff! Love that its always the same people there working. Painless appointments make it very tolerable, considering being at the dentist is not everyones first choice. Would def recommend to friends and family.
I have had many dental proceedures (14 crowns) and hand's down Dr. Brooks was over priced and did shoddy work. His technician did 95% of the work on my bridge - he charged me several thousand for it and in less than 2 years it fell out. Further, his office manager refused to help me in resolving it; diagnosed my problem over the phone (although she has no medical degree) and decided (sight unseen) the problem was mine. Prior to his replacing a prior bridge I paid less than 1G for a bridge at a "clinic" which last 12 years!!!... read more
