I’ve always had a good experience for cleanings although I’ve only been going there a year. My last experience with the receptionist was anything but enjoyable. I received a bill for something I was told was quick and didn’t have to be billed for. I asked and the receptionist and she was very rude to me on the phone and told me I clearly misunderstood him and told me he didn’t say that as if she was there.
