I have been a patient of Dr. Rodowicz for several years. He and his staff have been extremely helpful and supportive through a very difficult time in my life following a severe illness last year. Dr. Rodowicz will take the time necessary to assess your health and help find the best treatment option(s) for YOU. I feel very fortunate that I found him through another doctor 6 years ago.
Best doctor ever! Always takes the time to listen. He's your old fashioned doctor. Always takes time to discuss options, love the fact that he is not a pill pusher. Follows up. One of the most compassionate doctors. He treats generations of my family. From my parents to my grandson. As for the practice not fond of the partner nor the new office staff; but will tolerate that. I wish all my specialists were as kind and compassionate as Dr. Rodowicz.
Dr. R is amazing and I would never consider going anywhere else, and I am an RN for a competing health care system! My teens have seen him since they were small and we never feel rushed or unappreciated. Dr. R takes the time to explain everything, always asks if we have any other concerns, and gives both prescription and non-prescription options for treatment. He supports our decisions and is always professional. His office staff isn't the friendliest but he makes up for it 100%.
highly recommend dr rodowicz. Started going to him since he opened the north whitehall fam. practice. like him a lot never had a problem. just need to communicate with ANY dr. The staff is not 5 stars but I would give them 3.5-4 stars every time I go
Dr. Rodowicz is a nice guy, but I wouldn't recommend him to family or friends. His office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Getting a precription refilled is an arduous task, often involving numerous phone calls to the aloof office staff. Do not expect to to receive a call back regarding test or x-results. When you call to follow up on results, be prepared for staff to make you feel foolish and unvalued. You're better off taking your chances at a urgent care center.
Dr. Is good.l, except he will never call you back if you request it. The problem is the staff, they are horrible. The office personnel fail to call or fax in prescriptions repeatedly, and they never call back when you leave a message. They are rude at times as well. Very poor customer service.
Dr Rodowicz is arrogant and quick to MISdiagnose. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone nor will I ever use him as a pediatrician again.
Doesn't listen to patients and shows in his charting abilities. Isn't interested in getting to the root of problems and just goes through the motions of being a doctor. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone unless they want to be fed prescription medications they don't need and need quick appointments.
