I had a very good experience with Elliott Counseling group. After experiencing a pretty traumatic loss, I wanted to talk to someone. I requested Mary based on her profile and experience with Grief counseling. She helped me get through a very rough time in my life, I truly appreciate all she did for me!
The therapist whom I saw is good, but the office staff are abhorrent. I missed exactly one appointment (for reasons related to what I was trying to work on) after over a year of missing none, and the office staff want $95 from me now. They refused to lighten up about this when promoted. As such, I won't be going here anymore. A friend went to Bohdi counseling, and their office staff were much more reasonable and flexible and the therapists are just as good (in fact I know that at least one moved there in the past).
Don’t go with this group. The councilors aren’t that great.
Good care but had to discontinue care due to a very harsh and expensive cancellation policy (fees have doubled recently to $95).
