Dr. Duke is a stud and a down to earth caring person. He’s wonderful and great at what he does. 5 stars for De. Duke but 4 stars due to the fact it’s several weeks or a month out before you can get in to schedule an appointment and out of the blue last year stopped accepting select med insurance. Not sure why because it’s one of the more common insurance organizations in Utah.

We know it can be a challenge to schedule an appointment as soon as you would like, but we do offer same-day appointments for acute symptoms, and we also can usually get you in same-day to see another qualified physician in our office. Unfortunately, we're unable to accept that insurance now because the insurer decided to limit their primary care network and exclude our doctors - their decision, not ours! Thank you for continuing to allow us to serve you.
I have a monthly blood test. The staff is great. I would recommend Provident Family Medicine to anyone looking for a doctor. Dr. Duke takes the time and makes you feel like a person and not just another number.

We have been well served by Dr. Duke and his staff. They were always sympathetic, kind, and able to meet our needs. I only regret our insurance will not cover our visits with them any longer.
I came basically for an update to my prescriptions and refills. I also received a pneumonia shot. I visited with Dr. Duke about my anxiety and my recent weight gain. Blood work was done to check my TSH and all the results were normal. I would like to be able to discuss other reasons for my recent and rapid weight gain. I realize that I am getting older and my hormones are changing but I haven't increased my eating and I gained 12 pounds in 6 months. Dr Duke has been such a good doctor for me. I have been going to him for many years except for 4 years when I moved to St George. I personally have a lot of health situations going on and I like that I can send him a message and he will reply very soon after. Always happy to help me with whatever I need. Including switching my prescriptions when I need it outside of his business hours. He has had several of my family members as his patients. Dr Duke is a very nice guy and loves his patients.
Great guy and a good doctor! Cares about his patients which is more than most can say.
Dr. Duke has been treating our family for over 15 years. He has consistently been available for regular appointments and emergency situations. He has a positive outlook, explains things thoroughly, and makes each individual feel like they are important to him. We recently have moved farther away, but continue to go to him as our primary doctor because of his skills and attitude!
It was a follow up visit. Dr Duke was efficient in understanding my progress and recommending further help to resolve the issue. He is patient and relaxed about giving me his time to listen to all concerns I have expressed to him. He is a phenomenal Dr. I am happy to put my care in his hands.
