Blanco cut both my boys hair today they’re 15 & 18. They haven’t had cuts in months besides me scissoring them because they are so picky. They both love their hair cuts today & said they have found their new spot.
Disappointing customer service. The staff was not very welcoming, communication was poor, and I felt rushed during my appointment. I expected a more professional and customer-focused experience.

Made an appointment for 6 on the dot and ended up having to wait almost 20 minutes after our said appointment time even though I made it in a day advance and the haircut was horrible not only did they over charge us for things we didn’t even get Kevin who was my stylist didn’t even follow what I had wanted at all now I’m going to have to wait weeks before this even grows back
