Of I had the option to put 0 stars I would. My mom broke her hip yesterday morning at 8AM, she was taken to Mountain View hospital ER. We found out she had a broken hip and needed surgery. This doctor is the one that was supposed to do the surgery. We waited yesterday, the entire day to at least talk to him. They did not allow her to drink or eat because she was going to have a surgery. This doctor did not come see her, did not talk to us , did not contact us in any way.
