Did the staff help you feel comfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

I have been going to Dr. Perruzzi for over 10 years and even though I've moved about 20 miles away, I keep coming back because of his excellent care. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful and I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Perruzzi's for years to come.
