I'm not sure what's going on recently. Prior visits I have nothing but good things to say but now I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return any phone calls after I've left messages. I've been sick for over a week and needing refills but haven't had any luck being able to speak to anyone on staff
I absolutely love Dr. Cambell AND his staff!!!! They are ALL so kind and caring. They actually listen to what you have to say, and actually care about how you are feeling!!! Which, I feel, our community does not get that often around here for sure!!!!
I can't say enough good things about Kevin and his staff!! They are all extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I have personally witnessed each of them go above and beyond for their patients on multiple occasions! Kevin is fantastic at making you feel comfortable, is very thorough, and does not rush his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PCP!!
He’s a nice man, but VERY average doctor. He will do whatever he HAS to, but nothing else. His office staff are nice, uneducated, under qualified hispanic women who do not follow up on requests. I tried for over two months to simply get a referral for a screening for something very serious. I had to call back a couple of times because the referral was either forgotten about or overlooked.
