Shocked by all the 1 star reviews. Ive been seeing Kevin and if hes not available someone else sometimes his wife and ive never had any issues. They always listened to me and my concerns and he'd always do referrals and I love the funny things he says. Ive been seeing him for almost a decade. My bf recently has seen him too and also likes him.
Great to talk to until I had concerns about my health. I went to immediate care for what I thought was a flu, the doctor has concerns about cardiac function. I asked to come in for my annual blood work 2wks early (as I have come In for blood work to precede a doctor appointment historically) and was told 'You may be overreacting?' via MyChart. I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this doctor. Every time I visit, I leave feeling worse than when before I went in. It’s incredibly disheartening to feel like nothing gets addressed or taken seriously because he refuses to listen and is regularly running late to our appointments which then feel rushed. A few months ago I had an issue with a RX. Without any prior warning, he refused to refill my medication, leaving me with 1 week of medication and an appointment 3 weeks away. While maybe not totally his fault, but the provider he works for. It is impossible to actually contact his office. So if you want a doctor and staff you can talk to go somewhere else.
