Pat is a wonderful hygenist and very knowledgeable. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Floyd is always thorough and willing to provide helpful information. Never in a rush to push you out of office.
Very pleasant staff, made me feel at ease. They even took the time to look st my 2 yr old daughters teeth to make sure her teeth were developing ok!

I have always feared visits to the dentist. Dr. Kevin is gentle and treatment is nearly pain-free. The staff is very friendly as well. I no longer dread dental visits as much as I previously did.
My bi-annual dental cleaning experience was a good one as usual. There was no wait, I was taken in immediately after arriving for my 8:00a.m. appointment. All of the staff were in cheerful yellow scrubs, their demeanor was cheerful to match. My hygenist did an expediant and through job of cleaning my teeth. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Floyd to others.
The staff and professionalism provided by Floyd Dentistry is 2nd to none. They truly are the best in Springfield!
I don't know anyone who likes a trip to the dentist, but three members of our family had a visit with Dr. Kevin that was as pain-free and stress-free as possible. We are never rushed through our appointments. The record-keeping is done well, so we always know what will be done at each visit.
I JUST LOVE COMING THERE. EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY AND THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS SO BRIGHT AND CLEAN LOOKING. MY HYGIENIST, CHRISTY, DID SUCH A GOOD JOB. SHE'S VERY THOROUGH AND WORKS VERY HARD TO GIVE GREAT SERVICE. DR. KEVIN IS VERY KIND AND THOROUGH AND YOU CAN TELL HE CARES A GREAT DEAL ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.
