Dr Chen was great and quick but i arrived 15 minutes early for my 1330 appointment as suggested and was not seen until 1500
Dr. Chen has given me hope. He has a good bedside manner and also explains and shows me what he’s going to do with the surgery on my shoulder that I’m going to have done. Dr. Chen is correcting a surgery on the same arm that I had recently that was not successful. I have faith in Dr. Chen. Thank you. Wilda I. Nunez P.S. Dr. Chen has also performed carpal tunnel for me and my left hand and was very successful No more pain. I’m very satisfied with his work.
Dr. Chen is my doctor and he is phenomenal with his work. I see him for carpal tunnel pain. He knows what he is talking about. He makes sure I understand everything before walking out of his office. Thank you so much ILBJ!
We waited 90 minutes past our appointment time to be called back. I know wait times can happen in doctor’s offices, but this felt excessive. When we did meet Dr Chen he was abrupt and judgmental. I left feeling defeated and judged. I would not return to IBJI based on this experience!
