Dr.Kevin Carter and my opinion is an excellent doctor. He listened to me. I one of those people that love to talk. He sit there and he listen to all my complaints And when I finish complaining, then he get down to business and let me know all of my laughs my medications. He’s just an excellent doctor. In my opinion. I am So glad that he is my doctor because he cares about my health and that’s what I have to say about Dr. Carter
