Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Kind of, it was bearable but I was in pain Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I highly recommend Dr. Potter to anybody.Dr. Potter is a good person first and a Doctor second he really care for his patients
