Dr. Horn did a partial knee replacement surgery on my right knee May 8th. The recovery is going even better than expected. I highly recommend Dr. Horn. He previously did surgery to repair a broken wrist I suffered and It was a complete success. Dr. Horn and his staff are total pros. Jim OConnor
After calling the Witham Urgent Care in Zionsville to make an appointment, naming the specific test my dr.'s office didn't have but I needed, I made an appointment for an hour later. 20 minutes after arriving and filling out paperwork, I was told they did not have the test, after all (wasted time and trip.) Heather handed me a map and sent me to the Urgent Care in Lebanon. The map didn't have an address, or even the correct name (it's Witham Convenient Care, not Urgent Care - they're two completely different organizations... read more
Here again!! Been looking for drs n no one will help me. Have a physical injury from a accident. 23 screw n plates. My dr retired n didn’t refer to no one😟. Bsides not helping with meds I have a blind son n husband in out of the 🏥. Now it’s BS!!
